After a couple of days the Ginger Beer Mix will start to bubble and now it is time to bottle the liquid. Take a funnel and pour the Ginger Beer in patent bottles. Keep the bottled liquid at room temperature for a few days. Keep an eye on the bottles as the carbonating process continues. Take the pressure off daily by quickly opening and closing the bottles. After a few days your scrummy ginger beer is ready.
Enjoy it within 2-3 weeks – and remember to put the bottles in the refrigerator, where they will keep on carbonating.
